A low impact full body workout combining elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and strength training. Barre focuses on high reps, small range movements, and isometric holds as a way to increase strength and mind-body awareness. This version uses only body weight as resistance - other than your mat, no props needed!
FULL BODY BARRE

My signature fusion class! Combines the low impact exercises of a barre workout with the fluidity, mindfulness, and breath-work of vinyasa flow. It's where barre meets power yoga. Recommended props: light weights (1-3lbs).

A slow and mindful way to start your Sunday morning. This is my vinyasa flow in slow motion: longer holds, deeper stretches, and a focus on one area of the body. Recommended props: mat, yoga blocks, & strap/rolled up towel.
