About Me

Hi, I'm Rachel! Thank you so much for being here. I'm a Boston-based movement professional. I fell in love with barre, yoga, and Pilates at a time when I was feeling very unsure of myself. I found the combination of movement and mindfulness to be incredibly healing and empowering; it allowed me to stay present and grounded. Teaching low impact movement is my passion, and I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to share my method with you! My classes will challenge you and make you feel good from the inside out.

I've been teaching since 2016 at studios and gyms around Boston. I launched Relevé with Rachel virtual studio in 2020 to create a platform for high quality boutique-style classes that are accessible, inclusive, and affordable, because wellness is for everyone.
