
Hi, I'm Rachel and I’m so grateful you’re here!
I’m a Boston-based movement professional who fell in love with barre, yoga, and Pilates during a time when I was dealing with depression and feeling very disconnected from my body. Low-impact movement became a way to feel supported and strong from the inside out. These classes weren’t just workouts, they felt (and still feel) like therapy and were the first and only form of fitness I truly stayed consistent with. They helped me build strength, confidence, and ultimately brought me into the best shape of my life. They became something I genuinely looked forward to every day.

Teaching this kind of movement is my passion, and it’s an honor to share my method with you. My classes are designed to challenge you in an encouraging way, to strengthen both body and mind, and to leave you feeling uplifted long after you roll up your mat.
I’ve been teaching since 2016 in studios and gyms across Boston, and in 2020 I launched Relevé with Rachel, my virtual studio. I wanted to create a space for high quality, boutique-style classes that are accessible and convenient, because wellness should be something everyone can experience.

If you’re local to the Boston area, you can also take class with me in person! I teach at Studio78 Boston, Boston Body Pilates Watertown, and Life Time locations in Chestnut Hill and Prudential, with additional pop-up classes and special events throughout the year.
