Get to Know Rachel

Hi, I'm Rachel and I’m so grateful you’re here!

 

I’m a Boston-based movement professional who fell in love with barre, yoga, and Pilates during a time when I was dealing with depression and feeling very disconnected from my body. Low-impact movement became a way to feel supported and strong from the inside out. These classes weren’t just workouts, they felt (and still feel) like therapy and were the first and only form of fitness I truly stayed consistent with. They helped me build strength, confidence, and ultimately brought me into the best shape of my life. They became something I genuinely looked forward to every day.

Teaching this kind of movement is my passion, and it’s an honor to share my method with you. My classes are designed to challenge you in an encouraging way, to strengthen both body and mind, and to leave you feeling uplifted long after you roll up your mat.

 

I’ve been teaching since 2016 in studios and gyms across Boston, and in 2020 I launched Relevé with Rachel, my virtual studio. I wanted to create a space for high quality, boutique-style classes that are accessible and convenient, because wellness should be something everyone can experience.

If you’re local to the Boston area, you can also take class with me in person! I teach at Studio78 Boston, Boston Body Pilates Watertown, and Life Time locations in Chestnut Hill and Prudential, with additional pop-up classes and special events throughout the year.

Relevé with Rachel Prop Guide

Relevé with Rachel is designed to be accessible with little to no equipment. You can easily find no-equipment classes using the filters in the on-demand library. If you’d like to invest in a few props to enhance your practice, check out our favorites below.

Long time Relevé member

I’ve been a Relevé member from the beginning after getting to know and love Rachel when she started teaching barre classes at a small studio near my home where I started going to reconnect with my body after having my third child. I grew to enjoy barre and started to feel stronger, taller, more flexible.

 

I have had many different fitness instructors through the years but have kept coming back to Rachel’s classes because they are fun while being challenging and effective, they pack a punch in 30 or 45 minutes, they are beat driven which I love and she is always on the beat, they are fresh and innovative every time, and her personality is sparkly and she very often makes me laugh. Her workouts leave me energized, grounded, and ready for my day, and her classes have made a huge positive impact on both my physical and mental health.

 

The Relevé app is intuitive and the categories and filters make it easy to find classes. I enthusiastically recommend her Pilates fusion, sculpt flow, floor work, and body weight classes.
