Welcome! I'm a Boston-based RYT200 Yoga Teacher and Certified Barre Instructor. I fell in love with barre and yoga at a time when I was feeling very lost in life. I found the movement and mindfulness to be incredibly healing and empowering; it allowed me to stay present and grounded.


I've been teaching for four years, both in studios and gyms, and now virtually. I strive to create classes that are accessible and inclusive, because wellness is for everyone. 


Relevé is a French word that means "raised up" or "uplifted."Relevé with Rachel is about community and lifting each other up. It's about leaving a class feeling challenged and strong, and not defeated or frustrated. It's about mindful movement that forges a deeper connection to ourselves and each other. It's about creating a toolbox to use both on and off the mat.


All levels of fitness are welcome!


A low impact full body workout that combines elements of Pilates, yoga, ballet, and strength training. Barre focuses on high reps, small range movements, and isometric holds as a way to increase stability, strength, and mind-body awareness. 


This practice focuses on connecting breath to mindful movement. My style is alignment focused with a strong flow. Many variations and modifications are offered throughout. We will work toward a "peak" pose that builds on elements such as strength, stretch, stability, and balance.


A way to really connect to the postures. Longer holds and deeper stretches. Much like flow, this class is alignment focused with many variations offered throughout. Class will focus on one area of the body to strengthen, stretch, and release.


My signature fusion class! Expect a full body workout combining the low impact exercises of barre with the fluidity, mindfulness, and breath-work of a vinyasa flow. It's where barre meets power yoga.

*Some barre/yoga experience is recommended.
