My goal is to help you rise to your fullest potential. I'm a Boston-based RYT200 Yoga Teacher and Certified Barre Instructor who is passionate about the power of community and mindful movement. I've taught all over the city at some of Boston's best fitness studios and gyms including: Studio U Boston, Beacon Hill Yoga, STARR Yoga, Commonwealth Sports Club, YogaWorks, and Blue Circle Yoga.
I believe that the best teachers are always students, so I remain committed to continuing education and trainings; most recently I completed an Anatomy for Movement Professionals course.
My classes are set to carefully curated playlists, always challenging, and always fun.
All levels of fitness are welcome!
A low impact full body workout using body weight and light resistance. Expect lots of small movements and isometric holds to build muscle endurance, stability, strength, and increase mind-body awareness.
Flow seamlessly from one pose to the next. Use this practice to clear your mind of outside distractions and focus on connecting breath to mindful movement. Alignment focused class with modifications and variations offered throughout.
A slower version of my vinyasa flow. Think longer holds, deeper stretches, and a focus on one area of the body.
BARRE X FLOW
My signature fusion class! Expect a full body workout combining the low impact exercises of barre with the fluidity, mindfulness, and breath-work of a vinyasa flow. *Some barre/yoga experience is recommended.
