my goal is to help you rise to your fullest potential. I'm a boston-based RYT200 yoga teacher and certified barre instructor who is passionate about the power of community and mindful movement. over the past four years, I've taught all over the city at some of boston's best fitness studios and gyms. my dance background inspires much of my choreography and sequencing. my classes are set to carefully curated playlists, always challenging, and always fun.

a low impact full body workout using body weight and light resistance. expect lots of small movements and isometric holds to build muscle endurance, strengthen, and tone.

a slower version of my vinyasa flow. think longer holds, deeper stretches, and a focus on one area of the body.
