Outdoor classes have ended for the 2020 season. I will continue teaching for Blue Circle Yoga virtually until we can #barresohard outside again!
FULL BODY BARRE
MONDAY 6PM EST
THURSDAY 6PM EST
A low impact full body workout combining elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and strength training. Barre focuses on high reps, small range movements, and isometric holds as a way to increase muscle endurance, strength, and mind-body awareness.
