BODYWEIGHT BARRE

MONDAY 6PM EST
THURSDAY 6PM EST

a low impact full body workout combining elements of ballet, yoga, and strength training. barre focuses on high reps, small range movements, and isometric holds as a way to increase strength and mind-body awareness. this version uses only body weight as resistance - no props needed besides your body and a mat!
